Solymar is centrally situated in Playa del Inglés, near the dunes of Maspalomas and just a minute away from shopping centre "Cita". Solymar is very quiet situated on the south end of the Avenida de Tirajana, the beach is about 15 min. walk along the elegant promenade or crossing the dunes.


The apartment:

The living area will seat you comfortably with a sofa couch for 3th person and provides a television, the kitchen is provided with a fridge, two ring electric hob, ample storage and crockery and cutlery for three. A dining table and chairs for three. Additionally a toaster and coffee maker.

The bedroom has 2 single beds and wardrobes’, free safe deposit box, bathroom with bath and toilet, furnished balcony overlooking pool. Some apartments have a washing machine. Bed linen and towels provided.
